I want to evaluate Windows Server 2003, and I can choose between Enterprise Server 32-bit and Enterprise Server 64-bit. Are they the same?

NO! The 64-bit version is only compatible with 64-bit Itanium-based systems. It cannot be installed on any 32-bit system. If you do not know if your system is 64-bit or 32-bit, it is most likely a 32-bit system.
