When I try to install applications (or updates from Windows Update), I get the error message: "A terminal server must be in install mode before you can install a program." How do I install applications or updates?

You must change to install mode before installing. To change, type "change user /install" (without the quotes) in a command prompt. When you have installed, change back by typing: "change user /execute".
