In Windows XP I have Fast User Switching, but I can't find it in Windows Server 2003. How do I enable it?

The Fast User Switching is not available in Windows Server 2003. The reason for this is that it causes a performance degradation and that it is a security risk, we gives the hacker half the information - the user name. It is also a security risk to let users log on locally on a server, that should only the administrator do.
